All items are carefully handmade, so slight variations in color or texture are natural and make each piece truly unique.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to help resolve it.
